We are the first company in Turkey to have installed Compac SFS Optic Cherry Sorting Technology in our packing house line is equipped with two additional high-resolution and infra-red cameras. Thanks to the new “In Vision Total View” system, cameras are able to collect information from two new different angles to obtain a correct analysis of the top and bottom parts of each single cherry that lead to scanning 100% of cherry surface. Compac developed a technology that allowed us to improve our quality standarts and additional gives PRO options to sort based on color, firmness and nose crack of cherries. Turkey has been among the top fresh cherry producing countries and the crop area for cherry production in Turkey continues to gradually increase its capacity via new investment, which has been stimulated by demand for Turkish cherries in export markets. Sweet cherry trees are grown mainly in the Aegean, Central Anatolia, Marmara, and Mediterranean Regions in Turkey. Izmir, Manisa, Afyon are the top provinces where the cherries are produced.

The main variety of cherries we export is Ziraat 900 variety, also known as a Turkish Napoleon was developed in Turkey and is the most popular variety in Turkey because it meets the characteristics demanded by export markets.
