Peppers are supplied from the southern shores of Turkey. They are either from greenhouse or from fields depending on the time of the season. Main varieties are Capia red, capia white, hungarian pepper, charlie, capsicum. We have our special packing consisted of two colors of capia + hungarian peppers. Peppers are packed and loaded in our Beyobası packing house.
