Presently "Hicaz" is the only export variety of Turkey. It is characterized by pink-reddish skin, crimson inside and slightly sour-astringent taste. While 1st and 2nd quality pomegranates are demanded for table consumption, lower quality Hicaz pomegranates are demanded by the fruit juice industry. Hicaz variety is collected from Aegean region of Turkey, most of our pomegranates are gathered from Koycegiz region, where we operate our Beyobasi packing house.

Storage temperature is 5-7 degrees. Availability from October to February. Sizing is 6-7-8-9-10-12-14 in terms of fruit count per box.
