We have two varieties of figs, green and black ones. Black figs are the export variety and are considered the best figs the world can offer. They are very delicious and possess hard, though easily peelable skin. Those black figs can only be found in Bursa city, Caglayan region of Turkey. CENA hires a packing house here mainly for packing of the figs.

Figs should be kept at 1-2 degrees celcius. Green figs are available during June and July, black figs are available from August to October. Sizing is 16, 18, 20, 22, 25 fruits per 30*40 box. Unlike other types of fresh produce which are sold with a price per kg price, figs are sold with a per box price.
